Inexcusable, Criminal Acts of Malice in Search of Remedies

THE YOUNG MUST BE TAUGHT
and given strict, consistent, unwavering examples of self-discipline, and respect for others together with lessons and modeling in

  • Constructive use of time (in labor and leisure)
  • Peaceful coexistence, civility, community (neighborliness)
  • On life’s daily journey willing outreach toward understanding others who may appear in some way to be different or to have different values or practices.
Fools and undisciplined people believe they are the be-all and end-all. Believe that they have a “right” to act out their bigotry—in effect, “the” “right to bigotry,” “the” “right” “to offend, “the” “right” “to attack” people whom they (the undisciplined, the fools) condemn or tarnish with some “transgression” they alone conjure up (and spread) on the basis of their delusion, preconception, irrationality, or ideological extremism.

Extremists, anarchists, fools, criminals believe they have a “right” to offend (indiscriminately “the” right to rape, ruin, assault, murder, invade, plunder, starve to death, embargo, deny food, medicine, water, destroy utterly) other people; to desecrate religious images, icons, sacred individuals, places or elements of various peoples.

This is a fallacy, a criminal fallacy and people in places such France and Sweden (or North America) who practice or allow such criminal offense should be arrested. They and their supporters should be called before a truly independent tribunal of justice to answer for their crimes and the self-serving, deliberately erroneous interpretation of the principle or principles of human rights.

Governments (or an individual government) shall make no law restricting the rights of people under their jurisdiction to express themselves in print, in speech, in assembly, in association, in the practice (or non- practice) of a religion. That governments shall make no law is NOT a grant of license or a grant of liberty to lawlessness. Might in and of itself is neither right nor righteousness.

Because the NATO apparatus has USA-powered military industrial matériel and madness does not mean that this cabal or its affiliates (e.g., 1949 – present-member Denmark; 1994 – present-collaborator Sweden, 1949-present-member French Republic) including North American regimes should be allowed to trample on others. Law—the rule and its application—must be impartial, consistent and absolute. Even the jungle has binding laws that are clearly understood; rules that are consistently obeyed by inmates of the jungle.

Without impartial law imposed and practiced consistently in world society, peoples inhabiting the world descend into unrelenting ruthless ricochet, back-and-forth criminal conflict and chaos in which NONE have actual, inalienable rights; NONE are safe and secure to walk freely—to inhabit the world.

Peoples of the world must, therefore, rein in and arrest the ruthlessness, the impunity, the lawlessness practiced by North American and North Atlantic individuals, entities and sycophants who constitute an amoral and deadly assembly of criminals.

Today’s news peg prompting these thoughts.

July 31, 2023, Press TV News

“Iran FM calls on OIC members to ‘criminalize’ desecration of Islamic sanctities,” https://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2023/07/31/708098/Iranian-Foreign-Minister-Hossein-AmirAbdollahian-OIC-criminalize-desecration-Holy-Quran-

“Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has called on member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to ‘criminalize’ blasphemy against Islamic sanctities, including the desecration of the Holy Qur’an, at the national, regional and international level.”
The Foreign Minister was deeply concerned about “the growing trend of intolerance and violence against Islam and Muslims in some European countries …; (and) the support of (this behavior) by certain ruling factions.” Actions “undermining cultural and religious commonalities among nations and disrespecting human rights” have greater consequences in prohibiting “mutual understanding and the spirit of peaceful coexistence in the international community.”
The minister concluded that “the best interest of everyone is served” when “insults to religions (including Islam)” are “prevented.”

OIC

Also on July 31, 2023, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation published a “Resolution on the Repeated Crimes of Desecration and Burning of Copies of al-Mus’haf ash-Sharif in the Kingdom of Sweden and the Kingdom of Denmark Approved by (its) 18th Extraordinary Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers” https://www.oic-oci.org/topic/?t_id=39325&t_ref=26550&lan=en

According to its website, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) made up of fifty-seven member states spread over four continents is after the United Nations, the world’s second largest international organization. Established in 1969, the organization “is the collective voice of the Muslim world” and “endeavors to safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony among various people of the world.”

In a thirty-five-point Resolution, the OIC Strongly Condemned

“Recent despicable acts of aggression against the sanctity of the al-Mus’haf ash-Sharif—in the Kingdom of Sweden (the latest of taking place in Stockholm, the capital city of the Kingdom of Sweden, Thursday 20 July 2023) and in Copenhagen (the capital city of the Kingdom of Denmark on Monday 24 July 2023)
The recurrence of acts of desecration of al-Mus’haf ash-Sharif … and … the continued issuance of permits by authorities allowing that action … (and)

The failure … to take the necessary measures to prevent such acts in Sweden and Denmark
OIC charged that Sweden and Denmark’s failure to take authoritative measures preventing the recurrence of the violence breached “United Nations Security Council Resolution No.2686 (2023) adopted on 14th June 2023 pertaining to international tolerance, peace, and security.” https://www.oic-oci.org/topic/?t_id=39325&t_ref=26550&lan=en; https://www.oic-oci.org/home/?lan=en; https://www.oic-oci.org/page/?p_id=52&p_ref=26&lan=en

The young must be taught (and taught to identify)

The Unacceptable.

Accepting the unacceptable IS Unacceptable

And Often Criminal.

Malice is unacceptable.

Assault is Criminal

These should be called out and chastised (corrected)
At the parental level through proper disciplinary action
Beyond the sphere of parenting, through proper (independent, impartial)
prosecutorial and judiciary processes.

Road to White House USA Led by Service Evaders, Wannabe Armchair Commanders

Should a person lacking volunteer national service record be allowed candidacy, consideration for the U.S. Presidency?

This crop of Commanders issue arm-chair orders (and legislation) for others to kill and be killed—all over the world.

These men fake solemn salutes when facing military personnel and fake a “thoughts and prayers” mantra in the face of suffering soldiers.
These men fake heart-clutching poses at the sound of a militarist anthem
But these men have never and will never offer their bodies and minds to the direct onslaught of Napalm and other WMD chemical weaponry, mortar and deadly technology and machinery, landmines, cluster bombs, nuclear bombs.
Successive elected and aspiring American men (and women) have sat out wars, evaded military service (whether or not a strict draft was in force), and any semblance of non “elective” national volunteer (patriotic?) service.
From William Jefferson Blythe III known as Bill Clinton to Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. (with the exception of dabbling “Texas Air National Guard Lt. George W. Bush”)—not a single man volunteered (“patriot are we”?) to serve his country.
Among an estimated twenty-five (2024) wannabe U.S. Presidents—who would ensconce themselves at the helm of inordinate power and would presume to decide the life and death of people around the world (including in the United States of America)—only two of these people have offered volunteer (*) national service to the United States of America.

In a May 28, 2023, article in the New Hampshire Journal, Michael Graham, Managing Editor of parent organization Inside Sources, asks
“In 2024 Presidential Race, Does Military Service Still Matter?” https://nhjournal.com/in-2024-potus-race-does-military-service-still-matter/
The slant of the article, influenced no doubt by the Twitter age, seems more concerned with people’s off-the-cuff opinions than the fundamental principle (ignored: Americans are not good with principles) begging serious consideration.

Should a man or woman be considered for the position of Commander in Chief, Supreme Command of Armed Forces (the presidency of the United States of America) who has never served his or her homeland, the USA?

Particularly a man or woman —
  • Who has never experienced the inescapable dare-not-express in a theater of war unrelenting FEAR?
  • Who has never faced the onslaught of implements, machinery, technology, chemicals, counter-combatants (or “friendly fire”) of war or violent conflict?
  • Who has never endured deeply invasive wounds to body and mind: disorders brought on by unavoidable trauma and resulting in unmanageable out-of-theater violent anger and aggression against self, family, home, society?
  • Who has never suffered the inevitable, nightmarish consequences of subsisting in an arena of constant threat and potential threat, violence, aggression, and potential aggression?
Graham reported that of the first twenty-five presidents of the United States of America, only four had no military service record. And of the four, two were deeply involved in Foreign Service work and the other was “trapped by politics” as Revolutionary, Founding Vice President and President. They were son and father John Quincy Adams and John Adams, respectively.

Of the forty-five men who held the U.S. Presidency, 69 percent (31) were also U.S. military veterans. It would appear that those intimately familiar with the pain of war are less sadistic or less inclined to order others to suffer the paid of war.

My Position

From my point of view, the answer is that no one should be considered for the position of U.S. President without having had an established and clean record of national volunteer service (not including paid or elective access).

In addition to meeting the national volunteer (military or not) service requirement, a potential candidate (for any public office, including the executive office) should be examined by an independent investigator (and scrutinized by the citizenry) to determine physical, mental, emotional, moral, experiential fitness (qualification) for the position.

No man (or woman) should be permitted to sit in judgment on the life (or the life and death) of another.

If and when such necessity arises, the general populace must understand the gravity of such an undertaking and must set about deliberating long and hard on the quality of consciousness, conscience, competence, and character before ever granting such power.

A nation is as strong as its people.

The decline of a nation is commensurate with the weakened state of its people (population); the incestuous corruption of its leaders; the failure of its essential institutions, and the public’s loss of trust in leaders and institutions.

Documented in Successive Centuries USA involvement in Cluster Bomb use on Populations

1955-1975 targeting Vietnamese, Laotian, Cambodian peoples

1978, 1982 (again in 2006) (made in USA) targeting Lebanese people

1983 targeting Grenadian people

1999 targeting Yugoslavian (South Slavic) people

2015-2022 targeting Yemeni people

Half a century after the USA stopped bombing the people of Vietnam with cluster bombs hundreds of people of this country are being wounded or killed by “unexploded ordnance.”

An estimated 40 percent of mines and unexploded bombs in the decimated Yugoslavia are cluster bombs.

Good Intentions: CCM’s Collective Effort to End Carnage

Just over three decades following the carnage in Vietnam, just short of a decade after the decimation of the land of South Slavs and while U.S.-deployed agents and entities were still dropping bombs all across Western Asia, 107 States representatives convening in the Republic of Ireland (Dublin) adopted the Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM). Its reported intention was “to address the humanitarian consequences and unacceptable harm to civilians caused by cluster munitions.”

Cluster Munitions Context of Today’s Deadly News

Horrific, Preventable, Unnecessary deaths—not including hundreds and thousands all deaths and mental and physical injuries sustained by men, women and children in the general population of Russia and Ukraine, the Black Sea Region, and Eurasia more broadly.

Russian Correspondent Rostislav Zhuravlev killed (other journalists wounded) by United States and military industries’ manufacture, supply (and discard) of—and Washington sadists’ gleeful endorsement of—Cluster munitions.
Press TV “Russian journalist killed by US cluster bombs in ‘heinous’ crime in Ukraine: Moscow,” Saturday July 22, 2023, https://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2023/07/22/707529/Killing-of-Russian-journalist-in-Ukraine--heinous-crime---Moscow
Documented in earlier news orders from armchair Washington “The US confirmed that Ukraine is using Washington-supplied cluster bombs against Russian forces.”

Entrenched Washington Gerontocrats Biden and Graham chorused by sycophantic Obama holdover Sullivan have boasted of U.S. entities’ supplying Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s North Central Ukraine with civilian-killer weaponry.
RT “Russian journalist killed in Ukrainian shelling: RIA Novosti news agency said its crew and other journalists came under fire in Russia’s Zaporozhye Region.”
The news crew reportedly came under fire “near the village of Pyatikhatki.” Russia war correspondent Rostislav Zhuravlev “was killed after Ukrainian forces hit a civilian vehicle in the area.”

Also among the reported injured in the strike were “RIA Novosti’s photojournalist Konstantin Mikhalchevsky” and Izvestia newspaper’s “correspondent Roman Polshakov and cameraman Dmitry Shikov.” https://www.rt.com/russia/580110-ria-correspondent-killed-ukraine/

Why a strict binding Cluster Munitions Treaty necessary?

Why should such as treaty be strictly enforced, adhered to as a matter of strict law (not the current situation of USA impunity alternating with a schizophrenic “rules- based” nothingness)?

Why Cluster Munitions Treaty? Because their harm that cannot be healed once discharged lies in wait, hidden or camouflaged in soil or structures. The harm caused by cluster munitions is never-ending.

It is reported that the failure rate of these air-dropped or ground-launched killers that release smaller sub-munitions spread over vast areas is as high as or higher than 40 percent. And during release and long after initial emission, cluster munitions threaten the lives of human beings (and not only human beings).

Unexploded smaller bombs (or “bomblets”) within cluster bombs are well-documented for killing and maiming “civilians” and attacking “unintended targets”—long after a particular war, conflict or invasion has ended. Unexploded ‘bomblets’ can remain dangerous for decades….” Ask Laotians a half century after United States initial cluster bombing stopped yet those U.S. cluster bombs continue to kill their people.

These killer munitions are said to be “expensive” to move or relocate (not as lucrative as selling arms and kicking back policy, luxury, political campaign financing). Armchair commanders, arms makers and dealers, common variety politicians issuing orders to use these weapons are disinclined to sully their frocks or injury themselves or their kin. These men and women and their partnering ilk are notorious for creating chaos, causing unspeakable harm—and never mending the brokenness or taking responsibility for their wrongs and ensuring proper cleanup.

There is no future where children are broken or are unsafe. The daily walk of anyone and particularly the play of children is imperiled. The disabling or disabilities caused by these weapons are unfixable—no matter how many “do-gooders” or “charities” toss off their “goodness” while perpetuating A to Z “nonprofits” and “foundations” and promoting lifestyles of individuals who in a variety of ways are attached to these entities.

Because sadists and sycophants invest in and take kickbacks from killing but they never offer their bodies to the line of fire—it is absolutely necessary to have a strict and binding treaty banning cluster munitions. Even more, it is necessary to ban the global trade and trafficking in violent aggression.
