Anthony Hill was a U.S. Afghanistan War veteran who suffered “post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and bipolar disorder.”
The U.S. policeman who shot him dead claimed to be defending himself from the mentally ill former soldier wearing no clothing and carrying no weapons.
