U

.S. Government recorded employment and unemployment figures are not only estimates; but some known numbers are excluded, such as the number of individuals who have stopped looking for work. Workers expecting to be recalled from layoff may or may not be counted as unemployed, “depending on the specific interviewer.”

People are classified as unemployed if they
  • Do not have a job
  • Have actively looked for work in the previous four weeks, and
  • Are currently available for work.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ May 8, 2020, report estimated that “20.5 million nonfarm jobs had been lost.” Because of the coronavirus pandemic, “the unemployment rate rose in April to 14.7 percent.”

U

.S. priorities, regardless to who or what stripe holds the reins or heads the realm, consists in wastefulness and carelessness regarding the health and welfare of the United States of America whose strength lies not in “capitalism” or “communism” or “socialism” or “identity politics” —all called out as scare tactics to distract the masses.

America’s true strength lies in the health and substantive well being (not mere “happiness”), the strength of mind, and the inventiveness of her people.
