Inexcusable, Criminal Acts of Malice in Search of Remedies

THE YOUNG MUST BE TAUGHT
and given strict, consistent, unwavering examples of self-discipline, and respect for others together with lessons and modeling in

  • Constructive use of time (in labor and leisure)
  • Peaceful coexistence, civility, community (neighborliness)
  • On life’s daily journey willing outreach toward understanding others who may appear in some way to be different or to have different values or practices.
Fools and undisciplined people believe they are the be-all and end-all. Believe that they have a “right” to act out their bigotry—in effect, “the” “right to bigotry,” “the” “right” “to offend, “the” “right” “to attack” people whom they (the undisciplined, the fools) condemn or tarnish with some “transgression” they alone conjure up (and spread) on the basis of their delusion, preconception, irrationality, or ideological extremism.

Extremists, anarchists, fools, criminals believe they have a “right” to offend (indiscriminately “the” right to rape, ruin, assault, murder, invade, plunder, starve to death, embargo, deny food, medicine, water, destroy utterly) other people; to desecrate religious images, icons, sacred individuals, places or elements of various peoples.

This is a fallacy, a criminal fallacy and people in places such France and Sweden (or North America) who practice or allow such criminal offense should be arrested. They and their supporters should be called before a truly independent tribunal of justice to answer for their crimes and the self-serving, deliberately erroneous interpretation of the principle or principles of human rights.

Governments (or an individual government) shall make no law restricting the rights of people under their jurisdiction to express themselves in print, in speech, in assembly, in association, in the practice (or non- practice) of a religion. That governments shall make no law is NOT a grant of license or a grant of liberty to lawlessness. Might in and of itself is neither right nor righteousness.

Because the NATO apparatus has USA-powered military industrial matériel and madness does not mean that this cabal or its affiliates (e.g., 1949 – present-member Denmark; 1994 – present-collaborator Sweden, 1949-present-member French Republic) including North American regimes should be allowed to trample on others. Law—the rule and its application—must be impartial, consistent and absolute. Even the jungle has binding laws that are clearly understood; rules that are consistently obeyed by inmates of the jungle.

Without impartial law imposed and practiced consistently in world society, peoples inhabiting the world descend into unrelenting ruthless ricochet, back-and-forth criminal conflict and chaos in which NONE have actual, inalienable rights; NONE are safe and secure to walk freely—to inhabit the world.

Peoples of the world must, therefore, rein in and arrest the ruthlessness, the impunity, the lawlessness practiced by North American and North Atlantic individuals, entities and sycophants who constitute an amoral and deadly assembly of criminals.

Today’s news peg prompting these thoughts.

July 31, 2023, Press TV News

“Iran FM calls on OIC members to ‘criminalize’ desecration of Islamic sanctities,” https://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2023/07/31/708098/Iranian-Foreign-Minister-Hossein-AmirAbdollahian-OIC-criminalize-desecration-Holy-Quran-

“Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has called on member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to ‘criminalize’ blasphemy against Islamic sanctities, including the desecration of the Holy Qur’an, at the national, regional and international level.”
The Foreign Minister was deeply concerned about “the growing trend of intolerance and violence against Islam and Muslims in some European countries …; (and) the support of (this behavior) by certain ruling factions.” Actions “undermining cultural and religious commonalities among nations and disrespecting human rights” have greater consequences in prohibiting “mutual understanding and the spirit of peaceful coexistence in the international community.”
The minister concluded that “the best interest of everyone is served” when “insults to religions (including Islam)” are “prevented.”

OIC

Also on July 31, 2023, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation published a “Resolution on the Repeated Crimes of Desecration and Burning of Copies of al-Mus’haf ash-Sharif in the Kingdom of Sweden and the Kingdom of Denmark Approved by (its) 18th Extraordinary Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers” https://www.oic-oci.org/topic/?t_id=39325&t_ref=26550&lan=en

According to its website, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) made up of fifty-seven member states spread over four continents is after the United Nations, the world’s second largest international organization. Established in 1969, the organization “is the collective voice of the Muslim world” and “endeavors to safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony among various people of the world.”

In a thirty-five-point Resolution, the OIC Strongly Condemned

“Recent despicable acts of aggression against the sanctity of the al-Mus’haf ash-Sharif—in the Kingdom of Sweden (the latest of taking place in Stockholm, the capital city of the Kingdom of Sweden, Thursday 20 July 2023) and in Copenhagen (the capital city of the Kingdom of Denmark on Monday 24 July 2023)
The recurrence of acts of desecration of al-Mus’haf ash-Sharif … and … the continued issuance of permits by authorities allowing that action … (and)

The failure … to take the necessary measures to prevent such acts in Sweden and Denmark
OIC charged that Sweden and Denmark’s failure to take authoritative measures preventing the recurrence of the violence breached “United Nations Security Council Resolution No.2686 (2023) adopted on 14th June 2023 pertaining to international tolerance, peace, and security.” https://www.oic-oci.org/topic/?t_id=39325&t_ref=26550&lan=en; https://www.oic-oci.org/home/?lan=en; https://www.oic-oci.org/page/?p_id=52&p_ref=26&lan=en

The young must be taught (and taught to identify)

The Unacceptable.

Accepting the unacceptable IS Unacceptable

And Often Criminal.

Malice is unacceptable.

Assault is Criminal

These should be called out and chastised (corrected)
At the parental level through proper disciplinary action
Beyond the sphere of parenting, through proper (independent, impartial)
prosecutorial and judiciary processes.

“Moral Virtues” achieve “gender justice”; Emphasis on “unity, solidarity…, common values” achieve “peaceful coexistence”

IRI’s First Lady leads Premier International Congress for Women of Influence

Dr. Jamileh Alamolhoda

Wife of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi is a writer, scholar, lecturer. She is a graduate of Tarbiat Modares University, one of the top universities, an exclusively graduate university established to train university professors; its entry requires a national level examination; and the majority of programs limit their acceptances to “top performers” on the exam.

Dr. Jamileh Alamolhoda holds a PhD in philosophy of education; and is a member of the faculty (professor) of the Department of Leadership and Educational Development, School of Educational Sciences and Psychology of Shahid Beheshti University where she teaches graduate level courses in philosophy of higher education, anthropology in Islam, teaching methods, theoretical foundations of educational management, philosophical schools, and educational views.

She is founder and director of the Institute of Fundamental Studies of Science and Technology of Shahid Beheshti University; and director of the Humanities Research Institute, which is tasked with “presenting science and technology policy models based on understanding and evaluating the epistemological and social aspects of science and technology.” In 2020, she became “Secretary of the ‘Council for the Transformation and Renovation of the Educational System of the Country,’” an appointive position by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.

Dr. Jamileh Alamolhoda and President Ebrahim Raisi are the parents of two daughters, both professionals in the physical and social sciences.

Dr. Jamileh Alamolhoda speaks of Common Values amid Differences
“We should not abandon common values… because of differences; on the contrary, we should emphasize them.”

All of us cannot behave the same but we can emphasize our common values. Use common methods without crossing values. “If we do not support values [principles, standards, morals, ethics], we will have a corrupt world.” “We must have a better world.”

“We cannot achieve our goals… if there is no support from men.” “Women should be active; not be mere spectators.” But acting and “fighting” are “not the same.” Mixing or confusing these is damaging.

“With moral virtues, we can achieve gender justice.” “Our emphasis is on unity and solidarity.” “We can use common values as grounds for peaceful coexistence and integration.”
(Some slight editing in phrasing, not the speaker’s thoughts.)

Betrayal has Many Faces and Forms

Persian spawn, Western formed: Who is Shirin Ebadi?

She is the daughter of a law professor, an elite woman with a law degree, a profession practicing law, a husband and children, a “country house” and city apartment in her homeland.

She accepts a highly questionable and politicized prize, and later deserts her country for Western ports in the United States and the United Kingdom—countries whose leaders have for generations tormented her homeland and its people; countries whose deciders and executioners have assassinated Iran’s leaders, propped up an Iranian dynastic dictator (dynasty founded by Reza Shah Pahlavi; last Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi), manufactured and propagated twisted pretexts, and executed relentless, egregious, multi-faceted attacks on the Iranian people.

Her profile reads
  • Iranian political activist and Lawyer
  • In Iran a former judge, human rights activist, Defenders of Human Rights Center founder.
S
hirin Ebadi is, therefore, a learned woman. No victim! Facts of history are surely not lost on her. Yet she accused her compatriots, including her husband, of betrayal.

In 2016, Shirin Ebadi took to the New York Times—the rag that brought the world nonexistent Iraqi weapons of mass destruction as pretext for slaughtering, maiming, and disabling In Utero millions of Iraq’s people; its art objects, historical relics, and cultural traditions. In her opinion piece, Ebadi wrote (as was published)
“In August 2009, I was betrayed by both my husband and my country.”

Beware the one-sidedness of “me” accounts, or “memoir.” This is what one can infer from her narrative.

After Ebadi left her husband and homeland, her husband apparently had a new fling with an old flame and was caught on camera by “agents.” His paramour had reportedly prefaced their fling with reminders that his wife had long gone.

C
amera-carrying agents, their partners, and superiors apparently arrested Ebadi’s husband, according to interpreted texts of her religion; threw him in prison; and threatened him with death if he didn’t read a prepared statement against his Western prizing-winning bride. Thus:
“‘Shirin Ebadi did not deserve to receive the Nobel Prize. She was awarded the prize so that she could help topple the Islamic Republic. She is a supporter of the West, particularly America. Her work is not in the service of Iranians, but serves the interests of foreign imperialists who seek to weaken Iran.’”

Ebadi’s husband followed orders, escaped death, and lived another day in his homeland.  Shirin Ebadi got to travel the world, adopt and reside in any country she chooses, and pontificate on this and that—as freely as she chooses, or as demanded by her prize givers.

T
he Malleable may betray kin, country, or contract
Shirin Ebadi was covered in news stories in 2007.

Canadian residents “Shahir Shahidsaless and his wife Faranak Shakoori filed a lawsuit against Ebadi in US District Court in Manhattan. The Toronto man reportedly said “Ebadi suggested they both write a book in response to Samuel Huntington’s Clash of Civilizations, which argues Islamic and Western societies are incompatible.”

When asked about the suit, Ebadi reportedly write in an email that “her literary agent and Random House recommended she not publish the second book because it would damage sales of her future books.”

In the Wikipedia profile of Ebadi is this:
According to the Associated Press, on August 27, 2007, Ebadi was sued by a Canadian author and political analyst, Shahir Shahidsaless—who writes and publishes in Persian. The plaintiffs allege that Ebade “reneged on getting a publisher for a book she had requested him to write under her supervision, titled A Useful Enemy.

The initial suit was dismissed not on the grounds of substance, as the case was never tried; but because the court lacked “jurisdiction.” The case is said to be pending. The latest update of the Wikipedia file was May 24, 2020.

I
n 2004, while presumably still an Iranian compatriot (not yet an expatriate), Forbes magazine listed Ebadi among their “100 most powerful women in the world” and among their “100 most influential women of all time.”

Also that year, Ebadi sued the US Department of the Treasury “because of restrictions” regarding the United States release of her memoir. After Ebadi won the case in court, Random House, in 2006, released to Western audiences Iran Awakening: A Memoir of Revolution and Hope by Shirin Ebadi with Azadeh Moaveni, edited by US novelist David Ebershoff. BBC 4 then serialized a reading of the book.

In June 2009, Shirin Ebadi reportedly established her exile headquarters in the United Kingdom. Five months later, her country of origin froze her bank accounts. Thereafter, Ebadi was as free as the breeze—to travel the world and lecture the world; write books, with or without other writers and editors’ help; and be assured that her books will be published by major publishing houses.

B
etrayal has many faces and forms. Often betrayal is betrayal of oneself.

Americans Carelessly Discount Substantive Candidacy Prerequisites for Holding Public Office

Voters Prefer Personality over Character, Pageantry over demonstrated Qualification

As U.S. leaders persist in promulgating a delusion of U.S. “exceptionalism”; and, in their outbursts, persist in disparaging leaders and processes of other countries, it seems an appropriate time to look at Iran’s and the USA’s current heads of state and each country’s basic requirements for the presidency.

I
